Our story began with a stay-at-home mom named Liz and a knitted frog named Fitz. As a mom of 3 boys, Liz felt like most of her time was spent in front of the kitchen sink doing dishes. Liz hates doing dishes (RAGE!). But the addition of an adorable kitchen buddy, in the form of a frog began to spark joy and imagination within Liz (Whimsy). Liz started adorning the shelves next to her sink with handcrafted miniatures and a passion was born. Several years later Liz is turning miniatures into wearable jewelry and charms and searching for new ways and wares to make homes more whimsical.

But why the rage? The rage isn’t just about dishes, although those dirty little buggers deserve much rage. As every original Emo kid knows, rage is a part of life. It’s part of the balance; rage should be felt but not used to harm. It should be harnessed and put to good use. Liz’s way of balancing out the rage is with a touch (or a smack) of whimsy.
